The goal of this session is to help you walk into your birth feeling aligned with your values, informed about your options, and confident in the decisions you're making for yourself and your baby. This private, virtual session is designed to support you as you prepare for labor and delivery. During our time together, we can: - Talk through options for labor and delivery with non-judgmental, choice centered support - Review (or start creating) your birth preferences page - Discuss additional resources and supportive tools you can use to continue your preparation - Have time to discuss questions and/or concerns - Help you leave with a clearer vision and greater confidence going into your birth This session can be a great option if you're looking for something more affordable or flexible than a full birth class. It offers focused one-on-one support tailored to your specific situation, especially if a more comprehensive course doesn't feel like the right fit for you right now.
